Information we collect
Information may include account details, contact information, sign-in records, listing and verification submissions, messages, offers, booking details, learning activity, support requests, and device or service-use information. Payment-card details are handled by Stripe during checkout and are not stored by VacationVault.

VacationVault uses information to authenticate users, operate marketplace and membership features, review listings, communicate about requested services, process and reconcile payments, prevent fraud and misuse, improve the service, and meet legal or regulatory obligations.
Public and private information
Approved listing information may be visible to public visitors. Draft listings, ownership evidence, private messages, account details, payment records, and administrative review material are intended to remain restricted to the account holder and authorized VacationVault personnel or service providers with a legitimate operational need.
