Explorer is free. Initial monthly memberships are Owner $29, Manager $79 and Portfolio $149. Rental platform commission is 3%, with Stripe processor charges disclosed separately. Exit Navigator is a separate one-time $99 educational package. Prices and entitlements are configurable launch defaults. Test checkout is not live billing.
